I chose to make brownies because they are easy and everyone loves a good brownie.
For people with not a lot of experience I think this recipe will be easy but also a little hard. That is part of the reason I love brownies so much because they are not to hard to make.
I really enjoyed making them because I love baking things for my friends and family.
After I was finished and I tasted one I loved it so much, and so did my family.
After the experience I think that I would make them again!

3. In a medium - size microwave- safe bowl melt the butter, then ad the sugar and stir to combine. Continue to microwave it briefly, just till the mixture is hot, but not bubbling; it'll become shiny looking as you stir it. Heating mixture to this point will help dissolve more of the sugar, which will help produce a shiny top crust on your brownies.
4. Add the hot butter/sugar mixture to the egg/cocoa mixture, stirring until smooth.
5. Add the flour and chips, stirring until smooth. Again, adding the chips helps produce a shiny top crust.
6. Spoon the batter into a lightly greased 9x13 pan.
7. Bake the brownies for 28 to 32 minutes, until a toothpick insert into the center comes out clean , or with just a few moist crumbs clinging on to it. the brownies should feel set on the edges ,and the center should look very moist , but no uncooked. Remove them from the oven and cool on a rack before cutting and serving
